Ordained Spiritual Head Administrator – Axis of the Temple

The O.S.H.A. (Ordained Spiritual Head Administrator) maintains doctrinal integrity, spiritual coherence, and supra-fiduciary oversight across all Ministries. The following assisting sub-departments support the Office:

• Ecclesiastical Chancellery – drafting decrees, proclamations, and official correspondence.

• Council Secretariat of the Table of 12 – coordination of ministerial meetings and records.

• Codex Custodianship Office – stewardship of the Codex of Ecclesiastical Law.

• Seals & Sigillium Bureau – issuance of ecclesiastical seals and official insignia.

• Archives of Doctrine & Mandates – preservation of sacred and legal archives.

• Supra-Fiduciary Oversight Unit – ensuring integrity of financial, legal, and strategic processes.

• Embassy & Parsonage Stewardship Office – direct management of the Parsonage/Embassy in Pomar de Cinca, Spain, and international Embassy coordination.

• Judicial Oversight Division – liaison with the Tribunal and ensuring alignment with Ecclesiastical Law.

• Synodal Liaison Office – connecting O.S.H.A. with the Aeonic Synod and Synod Guard.
