The High Ecclesiastical Tribunal of A.T.U.

"Justice is the restoration of balance in alignment with Divine Law.”

The High Ecclesiastical Tribunal of Alchemia Templi Universale (A.T.U.) is the supreme juridical forum of the jurisdiction.

It is entrusted with the interpretation and application of Divine Law, the Codex of Ecclesiastical Law, and the principles of Ma’at—truth, balance, justice, and right order.

The Tribunal is not a secular court.
It is a sacred forum of conscience and law, where disputes, questions of jurisdiction, and matters of internal order are heard and resolved in alignment with eternal principles rather than civil precedent.

Authority

The authority of the Tribunal is:

  • Rooted in the Codex of Ecclesiastical Law

  • Exercised as final interpretive authority within the jurisdiction of A.T.U.

  • Presided over by the Table of Twelve, under the ethical axis of the O.S.H.A.

  • Hierarchically supreme, with all appeals from Houses, Trusts, Lodges, or Ministries ascending to the Tribunal

  • Binding within the internal jurisdiction of A.T.U. and sealed in the Book of Holdings

Function

The Tribunal serves to:

  • Interpret ecclesiastical law in harmony with Divine Law

  • Resolve disputes between Members, Trusts, Houses, Lodges, or Ministries

  • Ensure that all Trusts and institutions operate in lawful alignment with sacred principles

  • Protect Members from unjust internal dominion where possible under spiritual law

  • Safeguard the sovereignty and internal coherence of A.T.U. in its relations and operations

Composition

The High Ecclesiastical Tribunal is constituted of:

  • O.S.H.A. — Spiritual adjudicator and custodian of ultimate harmony

  • The Table of Twelve — Sitting in tribunal capacity, rendering judgment through dialogue, consensus, and sacred deliberation

  • Clerks & Scribes — Maintaining records, decrees, and archival continuity

  • Elders & Witnesses — Affirming fairness, resonance, and procedural integrity of proceedings

Principles of Judgment

Judgment within the Tribunal is rendered not by secular precedent, but by eternal principles:

  • Truth — Alignment with Divine revelation and conscience

  • Balance — Restoration of harmony to individuals, communities, and trusts

  • Equity — Ensuring fairness, dignity, and respect

  • Sacred Order — Fidelity to the cosmic architecture of Ma’at

Punitive excess is avoided; restoration, correction, and reintegration are favored wherever possible.

“Here, to render judgment is to heal the fracture of order; to govern in law is to serve the sacred.”
